Beemedia has appointed to be the contractor to develop the Intranet system for Hang Yick. The requirement is included some corporate functions O2O like Information Sharing, Company Bulletins and Events announcement, Phone (Contact) book, Conference Room booking, Document Management, Vendor Management System, Departmental Information and Useful Records, Staff Training Record, Staff Volunteering Record, Customer Service Survey and Chart Reports, Request Submission Work Flow, Statistics, etc…

A standalone non-public platform is a must, BeeMedia has to cater about the security solutions for the access of the Intranet platform; besides, there are required Single Sign-On for users, which the system is connected to Group’s Active Directory database, this is one of the major integration task with the client.

2012, after nine months development, the system has been launched with client’s appreciation. We are now working on foot to the 2nd phase enhancement on the system for client.
